Our consultations run about 60 minutes and we teach clients everything from optimal layout, to packing and storage, to painting and cleaning. 

 

Our mini stages compliment our consultations, consider them a ‘finishing touch’ - we will use the homeowner's existing furniture, but bring in accessories, artwork, pillows, and décor to add that modern touch buyers are looking for. 

 

A full stage is the traditional staging option. The property is vacant and we stage the main areas. Photos look great online, enticing showing requests and buyers get to experience the home at its best.
