Price includes setup and breakdown of all furniture and accessories for the kitchen or dining room*, living room, and primary bedroom. An eight-week furniture and accessory rental is also included. Additional rooms can be added at an additional cost. Should the staging remain in the home for a longer period of time, an additional rental fee may apply. Full stages are intended for vacant homes only.

*Kitchens and dining rooms will be charged as one space if they are open concept and require only one dining set. If these rooms are separate and require a dining set in both the kitchen and the dining room, they will be charged as two separate spaces.
