Mini Stage
Homeowners will be provided with a room-by-room checklist that they can complete independently to help maximize the style and function of the space. Once homeowners have completed their checklist, our expert staging consultants will use a combination of the homeowner’s furniture and our accessories and artwork to add some design flair to the home.

Price includes setup and breakdown of accessories and artwork for the kitchen or dining room*, living room, and primary bedroom. An eight-week furniture and accessory rental is also included. Should the staging remain in the home for a longer period of time, an additional rental fee may apply. Additional rooms can be added at an additional cost. Mini stages do not include large furniture such as beds, dressers, dining tables, sofas, or desks.

*Kitchens and dining rooms will be charged as one space if they are open concept and require only one dining set. If these rooms are separate and require a dining set in both the kitchen and the dining room, they will be charged as two separate spaces.
